In 2011 he graduated with honours from the Karol Szymanowski Music Academy in Katowice in the class of professor Paweł Głombik. He also studied at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne under professor Frans Helmerson and the Chapelle Musicale Reine Elisabeth in Brussels under Gary Hoffman.
He took part in numerous masterclasses where he perfected his skill, cooperation with other world renown cellists including Heinrich Schiff, Miklós Perényi, Gustav Rivinius, David Geringas, and Pieter Wispelwey.
He is a laureate of international cello competitions in London, Paris, Hradec, Warsaw, Katowice, Dąbrowa Górnicza.
He has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in the greatest concert halls in Europe such as Wigmore Hall in London, Victoria Hall in Geneva, Salle Gaveau in Paris and the Pyotr Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in Moscow.
He has cooperated with world class artists such as Maria Joao Pires, Augustin Dumay, Gary Hoffman, Mischa Maisky, Christian Arming, Michael Tabachnik as well as with orchestras: NOSPR, Sinfonia Varsovia, Brussels Philharmonic, Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Liege, Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra, “Arcata” Stuttgart Kammerorchester, Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie, AUKSO Chamber Orchestra, Bratislava Chamber Orchestra and Leopolis Chamber Orchestra.
He has taken part in prestigious music festivals in Verbier, Sommets Musicaux Festival w Gstaad, International Music Academy - Switzerland in Rolle, Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, Casals Festival w Prades, PODIUM Festival and Ensemble Festival in Książ.
Since 2010 he has been a part of a duet with pianist Anna Krzeszowiec, with whom he won a Grand Prix of the 11th Music Competition “Premio Citta di Padova” and 1st prize in the Malta International Music Competition in 2014.
Moreover, since 2011 he has been a member of the Polish Cello Quartet, with which he gives regular concerts and annually organizes the International Cello Academy in Nysa.
Since 2012 he has been concertmaster of the cello group of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice and a lecturer at the String Instrument Department of the Karol Szymanowski Music Academy in Katowice.
He is the founder and organizer of the International Cello Festival taking place regularly at the Karol Szymanowski Music Academy in Katowice.
He was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture, President of Katowice, Marshall of the Silesian Region and a laureate of the scholarship programme “Young Poland” of the National Centre of Culture. He also received an award from the Yamaha Foundation.
